Springfield Cares Receives the Prevention Partner Award from Delaware County Council

April 17, 2019 - SPRINGFIELD, PA

Today the Delaware County Council presented Springfield Cares Coalition with the "Prevention Partner Award." There to receive the award were Robert Simpson and Sean Rodgers, two of the leading members of the committee. 

Thank you to all of our committee members for their continued efforts to prevent substance use disorder and build awareness in our Delaware County communities!

The Delaware County Heroin Task Force and the Partners for Success Coalition will hold the 5th Annual Community Day, Celebrating Prevention on Saturday on April 20 from 11:00 am until 2:00 pm, rain or shine, in Rose Tree Park, 1671 N. Providence Road in Media.

Springfield Cares Coalition works together to create a recovery ready community through education in our school systems, advocacy in our community for this that struggle with substance use disorder and contributions to those in need of our support with financially or just need help with navigating the process of early recovery.
